Hardworking but sociable: our staff know how to work hard but also how to enjoy themselves. We create regular socialising opportunities including after pupil hours socials where we can get together and have fun, mental health and well-being days, Summer and Christmas events.

On the day:

Bring your original ID with you.
Getting to know the classes – you will visit a number of classes across the school to get to know our pupils. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role.
Written task – we will ask for you to do a write up of what you saw in class. Only a short brief. We’re not looking to check your spelling!
Panel interview – Meet some of the Senior Leadership Team to share your experience in previous roles and for them to ask you some questions. It a chance to really sell yourself and is your moment. Go for it!
