This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Therefore, all applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, or reprimands, including those that would otherwise be considered “spent” under the Act, but are not protected as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013).
