Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium was introduced in April 2011. The funding is provided in addition to any other funding from the Local Authority and is intended to help disadvantaged pupils to ‘close the gap’ and to raise attainment and improve progress.

Children who are eligible include:

•  Pupils who have been registered for Free School Meals (FSM) at any point in the last six years
•  Children who have been “looked after” continuously for more than six months receive Pupil Premium Plus
•  Children of armed services personnel.

In 2020-2021 the funding received was £4,145.  Please click here for our pupil premium statement, which includes how the school spent funding last year to support learning and our strategy for this academic year.
